A Commerce Graduate with experience in accounting and budget management since 2015, Amandeep is responsible for managing accounts-related work of the Company.  

A Ph.D. in Economics from University of Lucknow and a Graduate in Commerce, Sunanda’s research interests include health economics, demography and social issues. With extensive knowledge of SPSS and Stata, she helps us in statistical analysis and interpretation of data and preparation of research documents.

An International MBA from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia and MSW from MS University, Baroda with substantial experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), human resource management, training, and teaching; Mr. Jambur advises us on matters concerning governance, market research and corporate collaboration. A former Chief General Manager with IndianOil Corporation Ltd., he is on the advisory boards of different development organisations and is a visiting faculty at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and MS University, Baroda following superannuation. His domain expertise in building human capabilities is an asset to the Company.

A Commerce Graduate and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management, Chandradeo has been working as a management professional since 2007 with substantial exposure to market research and business management. He helps us in strategic planning, project management and business development.

A Post-Graduate in Social Work and Biotechnology, Shalini has been working as a researcher and expert in project management since 2007. Besides research and evaluation, she plans and oversees our field operations and ensures compliance with quality and timelines.

A Post-Graduate in Sociology and Social Work, Sanjeev supports field operations and management of research, evaluation and documentation projects.

A Post-Graduate in Economics with experience in project management and organizational development since 2005, Sangita is responsible for overseeing business operations and key management issues of the Company.

A researcher and development practitioner since 1999, Dr. Das has till date authored over 60 research, monitoring and evaluation reports, academic articles and other publications on child rights, women’s empowerment, health, sustainable livelihood, social inclusion, governance and other issues of contemporary social relevance. He currently heads Human Development Society (HDS), a non-profit development organization engaged in community development and multi-disciplinary research. His past and present key engagements as an individual consultant include Senior Policy Consultant, UNICEF India (2018-2021); Inclusive Social Policy Consultant (on roster), UNICEF India (2018-2022); Senior Research Fellow, Policy Perspectives Foundation (2016 onwards); International Consultant, United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Vienna (2015); and National Consultant (India), UNODC, New Delhi (2014). Dr. Das is a Post-Graduate in Political Science from University of Delhi and a Doctorate in African Studies from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.
